OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

We want all our customers to have fun and to enjoy our property safely and we are committed to a policy of responsible gaming at the Deadwood Mountain Grand.

While we recognize the overwhelming majority of our customers enjoy our various forms of gaming and non-gaming amenities responsibly, we also understand that there is a small portion of the population who does not.

To protect them, and others affected by their behavior, we have established a set of policies and guidelines for responsible gaming. These policies and guidelines establish minimum standards that address problem gambling, prevention of underage gambling, and the prevention of unattended minors. The Deadwood Mountain Grand uses a variety of approaches to promote responsible gaming including team member training that covers responsible gaming; customer awareness; self-exclusion programs; and ongoing monitoring to review and gauge the effectiveness of these programs.
