Bag Policy

Covid-19 Statement: The health and safety of our guests, employees and community is our priority. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place and any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19. By visiting Deadwood Mountain Grand you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.

No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to loiter on the casino floor before or after the show, unless waiting to enter the concert venue. Please bring a valid ID as there will be ID checks in the casino and venue.

Ticketing policy: Ticketmaster is the only outlet authorized to sell tickets to events at Deadwood Mountain Grand. Any third party websites claiming to sell tickets for shows at Deadwood Mountain Grand are fraudulent and any ticket purchased through those outlets are not valid nor authorized for a refund through Deadwood Mountain Grand. Security Screening: All guests entering Deadwood Mountain Grand are subject to a security inspection before certain events within the facility as determined by the event promoter. The inspections may include visual, walk-through metal detectors, handheld wands, and bag inspections.  Entry into Deadwood Mountain Grand events may be denied if guests refuse screening and/or carrying prohibited items. Bag Policy: All guests entering an event at Deadwood Mountain Grand with a bag are subject to a bag search as determined by the event promoter.  No backpacks will be allowed. More information can be found here: Bag Policy Page.

To avoid delay and potential search upon entry, we highly recommend small bags, clutches and belt bags.
